Choose a software company by asking it to demonstrate your critical workflows, explain delivery and support responsibilities and put acceptance criteria in writing. Compare the evidence and agreed scope across suppliers rather than choosing from a ranking claim or an attractive demonstration alone.

[ ] 2. List users, branches, devices and existing integrations.

[ ] 3. Prepare anonymized sample records and bill formats.

[ ] 4. Ask every supplier to demonstrate a normal task and an exception.

[ ] 5. Check relevant delivered project evidence.

[ ] 6. Separate demonstrated, proposed and excluded functionality.

[ ] 7. Agree milestones, acceptance tests and customer dependencies.

[ ] 8. Confirm data export, ownership and licensing terms.

[ ] 9. Identify backup and recovery responsibility.

[ ] 10. Agree support hours, escalation and change handling.
