Keen Systems gives the cashier, host, waiter and manager a shared operational view. Staff can open a table, add guests, move an order, merge tables, split a bill, hold a bill and continue service without recreating the transaction. Dine-in, takeaway and pickup orders remain clearly identified, while configurable service charges are calculated consistently.
Android ordering lets a waiter send items directly from the dining area. The central POS remains optimized for touch screens and keyboard shortcuts, with fast menu search, category navigation, modifiers and multiple payment methods. A single bill can be settled with a mix of cash, card or other configured accounts, while cash-in and cash-out activity remains linked to the responsible register and user.

Manage tables, covers, service progress, additions, void controls, split bills and final settlement.
Capture customer details, promised times, preparation status and collection in a dedicated queue.
Record orders received from phone or configured delivery channels, including PickMe Food and Uber Eats billing workflows.
Print or display clear KOTs with quantities, notes, modifiers, table or order references and timestamps.
Configure routing rules for hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, beverage bar, dessert station or branch-specific layouts.
Pause an incomplete order safely and resume it at the correct register without losing item detail.

Every menu item can be connected to a controlled recipe and its ingredient quantities. When configured, sales provide a clearer view of expected ingredient consumption, food cost and margin. This supports portion consistency, purchasing decisions and investigation when physical usage differs from expected usage.
Products and ingredients can be organized into smart categories, units and supplier groups. Purchases, returns and lots stay traceable, damaged goods can be separated, and stock transfers can move ingredients or supplies between branches. AI-assisted purchase suggestions use configured targets and operational history as decision support; managers retain approval control before orders are placed.

Use the right device at the counter, dining area, office or branch while keeping one controlled system.
Continue core billing during an internet interruption and synchronize through the configured deployment workflow.
Support touch-first operation, barcode input and keyboard shortcuts for experienced cashiers.
Settle one bill using multiple configured methods such as cash and card, with clear payment allocation.
Create custom roles for cashier, waiter, kitchen, supervisor, accountant, branch manager and owner responsibilities.
Support e-bill and SMS workflows, customer profiles, credit control and configurable gift-card operations.

Multi-branch stock visibility helps managers monitor ingredients, packaged products and operating supplies in real time. Transfers preserve responsibility between the sending and receiving locations. Stock-audit projects can be planned by branch, storage area or selected item set, including profiled and random counts. Variances, damaged goods and adjustments remain available for review instead of disappearing into informal corrections.
Critical-error detection highlights configured pricing and stock anomalies. Under-cost invoice detection can warn when an item is sold below its recorded purchase or recipe cost. Register controls track opening balance, cash in, cash out and closing balance. Expenses, supplier credit, customer credit, bank payments, cheques, cash lockers and payment accounts can be managed with an auditable history and role-based access.

Financial reporting: profit and loss, expense, tax, payment-account and cash-balance reporting. Sales and purchasing: purchase and sale summaries, product purchase, product sell, discounted invoices, negative-quantity sales and monthly stock-versus-sales analysis. Payments and dues: purchase payments, sell payments, due collection, supplier and customer credit.
Inventory reporting: stock report, product stock alerts, negative stock, dead stock, branch-wise stock value, lot report, stock adjustment, damaged goods, expiry reports where applicable and stock-audit project results. Product insight: trending menu items, item reports, recipe cost and ingredient movement. Cashier and staff oversight: register report, live cashier monitor, sales representative report, service staff report, user activity log and critical system alerts.
Reports are designed to move from overview to supporting detail so an owner can compare branches while an authorized manager investigates the underlying transaction. Export and scheduled-report options can be configured during implementation according to the operating model and permissions of the business.
