Solution overview

The mobile experience and the operating system behind it

A reliable app needs more than screens. We design the mobile interface, backend services, authentication, data synchronisation, notifications and release path as one product so it works in real operating conditions.

  • Architecture aligned to your current systems and future roadmap
  • Responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile workflows
  • Clear delivery stages, integrations and acceptance criteria
What we deliver

Core mobile apps capabilities

A focused delivery scope can combine the capabilities below or start with the highest-priority operational need.

01

Cross-platform application delivery

Build a consistent product for iOS and Android with a shared Flutter codebase and platform-aware behaviour.

  • Flutter application engineering
  • Responsive phone and tablet layouts
  • Release preparation
02

Backend and system integration

Connect the app to secure services, business data and existing platforms through clear API boundaries.

  • REST API integration
  • Authentication and permissions
  • ERP and platform connectivity
03

Engagement and field operation features

Support timely action with notifications, local data, media capture and workflows suited to mobile use.

  • Push notifications
  • Offline-aware workflows
  • Location and device capabilities where required
Where it fits

Practical use cases for mobile apps

Examples of the operational problems this solution can be designed to support.

Customer service applications

Provide booking, account, request or service functions through a focused mobile experience.

Field workforce tools

Support staff completing tasks, collecting data and receiving updates away from the office.

Operational companion apps

Bring selected ERP, monitoring or platform functions to managers and mobile teams.

Data and alert applications

Deliver live status, predictions and notifications from connected IoT or business systems.

Technology reveal

A modern stack selected around the solution

Technology choices are made around integration needs, data boundaries, operating conditions and the team that will maintain the system—not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

Delivery approach

From business need to production operation

A staged path keeps the important decisions visible and gives teams review points throughout delivery.

  1. 01

    Discovery and technical review

We map the business goal, current systems, available data, users, risks and practical constraints before recommending an approach.

  2. 02

    Architecture and delivery plan

The solution is broken into clear modules, integrations, milestones and acceptance criteria so the delivery path stays visible.

  3. 03

    Build, integrate and validate

We develop in reviewable stages, connect the required systems and validate the important workflows, security controls and edge cases.

  4. 04

    Launch and continuous improvement

After release, we support production use, monitor the system and improve it using real operational feedback.

Frequently asked questions about mobile apps

Clear answers to the questions teams commonly ask before scoping a project.

Do you build for both iOS and Android?

Yes. We use Flutter for cross-platform delivery, allowing a shared product codebase while still accounting for platform-specific behaviour and release requirements.

Can the app connect to our existing backend or ERP?

Yes. We can integrate with existing APIs and data services, including Keen Systems ERP / ePOS where the required integration endpoints and scope are available.

Can a mobile app work with unreliable connectivity?

Where the workflow requires it, we can design local storage, queued actions and later synchronisation. Offline behaviour must be planned carefully because conflict handling and data sensitivity vary by use case.

Do you support app-store release?

Release preparation can be included in the project scope. Store accounts, policies, review requirements and final approval remain controlled by Apple and Google.
