The project

A shared system for a growing pharmacy network

Keen Systems completed a hybrid Pharmacy Management ERP implementation for Health Care Pharmacy, bringing the Yakwila, Bihalpola, Weralugama and Pannala branches into one operational solution.

The deployment supports 28 employees working simultaneously. Branch staff use the system for pharmacy billing, purchasing and day-to-day counter operations, while the branch structure gives the business a consistent way to organise its work.

Cloud-based ERP with online and offline use

The solution combines cloud-based pharmacy billing and purchasing with a deployed hybrid configuration that supports online and offline operational requirements. Desktop and mobile access are available according to the configured deployment.

The project photographs show the system in its working environment: branch computers, barcode scanners, receipt printers and pharmacy counters. The hybrid setup connects the software with the equipment and routines staff use throughout the day.

Billing, receipts and controlled staff actions

The implementation brings the point-of-sale workflow to the pharmacy counter, including sales entry, payment handling, receipt printing and return-bill output. The supplied photographs show these workflows on the deployed Keen Systems ePOS workstations.

Branch staff cards distinguish cashier, supervisor and administrator roles. The photographed supervisor authorisation screen illustrates a controlled approval step for restricted counter actions.
