Fully Automatic Sanitizing Chamber for SME & Industrial Facilities
A configurable walk-through sanitizing chamber platform for SMEs, large-scale factories and other hygiene-focused industrial entrances, combining fabricated enclosure design, sensor automation, pump-driven spray distribution and serviceable control electronics.

A configurable hygiene-entry platform for real operating environments
The Fully Automatic Sanitizing Chamber is a custom-designed industrial personnel-entry system for SMEs, large-scale factories and other hygiene-focused facilities. It can be planned for food-production sites, chemical plants, manufacturing environments, warehouses, laboratories and controlled production entrances where staff movement needs a clearly defined, repeatable process.
Each chamber can be sized around the available installation area, personnel flow, entrance and exit arrangement, construction requirements and approved operating sequence rather than forcing one standard enclosure onto every site.

Mechanical fabrication, sensing, control logic and fluid distribution in one system
The platform brings together a fabricated steel or corrosion-resistant enclosure, clear PVC strip curtains, presence detection, programmable control logic, relay or industrial output stages, pump-driven spray zones, indicators and configurable timing. Depending on the approved specification, the system can also support tank-level monitoring, fault indication, emergency isolation, access-control integration, drying or airflow stages and remote status features.
Microcontroller-based control is available for suitable projects, with PLC-based industrial control as an optional configuration when the site requires a different control architecture or integration approach.

Designed around the customer’s site, traffic and process
The same platform can serve different factory workflows
A compact chamber may suit an SME food-processing entrance with a single controlled direction, while a large production facility may need separate entrance and exit paths, additional interlocks, multiple spray zones, tank monitoring, multilingual labels, access-control integration or a PLC-based panel. The enclosure, labels, floor treatment, nozzle arrangement and operating logic can be specified with the customer before fabrication.
This makes the chamber a configurable project platform rather than a fixed-size product. The final sanitizing medium, concentration, exposure time, worker-safety controls and performance requirements must be selected and validated for the customer’s process and applicable standards.

Questions about the Fully Automatic Sanitizing Chamber
A practical overview of the configurable chamber platform and its suitability for different industrial environments.
What is the Fully Automatic Sanitizing Chamber used for?
It is a configurable walk-through personnel-entry platform for hygiene-focused industrial environments. Depending on the approved process, it can be considered for food-production facilities, chemical plants, manufacturing sites, warehouses, laboratories and controlled production-area entrances.
Is it suitable for both SMEs and large-scale factories?
Yes. The enclosure size, entrance and exit arrangement, floor layout, control method, spray zones, labeling and monitoring options can be specified around the customer’s available space, personnel traffic and operating requirements.
What automation can be included?
The specification can include presence and entry or exit sensors, automatic cycle starting, configurable delays and durations, programmable sequences, relay or industrial outputs, pumps, indicators, alarms, tank-level monitoring, fault indication and optional access-control or remote-monitoring integrations.
Can the chamber use a PLC or connect to factory systems?
A microcontroller-based controller is suitable for some configurations, while PLC-based control, access-control integration, RFID, employee ID, QR-code, attendance-system or other factory integrations can be evaluated where appropriate to the site requirements.
What must be confirmed before manufacturing or operation?
The chamber dimensions, materials, electrical supply, traffic flow, spray or mist arrangement, sanitizing medium, concentration, exposure time, safety controls, drainage, emergency isolation and applicable standards must be reviewed and validated for the customer’s specific process before manufacture and use.
